Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Session begins Sunday 3/29 with a virtual orientation. Kick-off workout & meeting is Thursday 4/2 at 6:30 PM.

Private group Body Well workouts will be every Saturday morning at 6:30 AM from 4/4-5/16. Closing session celebration is Thursday, May 21 at 6:30 PM.
