Hi, I’m Tori—owner and instructor of FIT4MOM Las Cruces and a mom of two! When I first joined FIT4MOM in 2018 while living in Northern California, my daughter was about 5 months old, and I was struggling with the changes of my body and mind postpartum. Getting out of the house, working out and focusing on myself through Stroller Strides classes was life-changing. I gained back my confidence, but more importantly, I found a fun, judgment-free space, lifelong friendships and a community of moms who became like sisters.

When my husband found a job in Las Cruces and we moved here in 2020, I knew that I wanted to open a FIT4MOM franchise and empower other moms to find their strength, conquer their health goals and be part of a loving, supportive village to do motherhood together! Nothing brings me greater joy than giving back what was given to me through FIT4MOM.
