Hi, I’m Tori—owner and instructor of FIT4MOM Las Cruces and a mom of two with one on the way! When I first joined FIT4MOM in 2018 while living in Northern California, my daughter was about 5 months old, and I was struggling with the changes of my body and mind postpartum. Getting out of the house, working out and focusing on myself through Stroller Strides classes was life-changing. I gained back my confidence, but more importantly, I found a fun, judgment-free space and a community of moms who became like sisters.

When my husband found a job in Las Cruces and we moved here in 2020, I knew that I wanted to open a FIT4MOM franchise and empower other moms to conquer their health goals and be part of a loving, supportive village to do motherhood together!

Since our Grand Opening in October 2021, FIT4MOM Las Cruces has helped dozens of local moms make lifelong friends, create a balanced fitness routine and find their strength in motherhood. Nothing brings me greater joy than giving back what was given to me through FIT4MOM.
