Hello, I'm Mindy - Stroller Strides instructor! I have an amazing kiddo who keeps me active all day, every day. I found FIT4MOM Las Cruces when we relocated in early 2023. I joined as a way to be active outdoors without needing childcare during a workout. Not only did I find the fitness my body and mind needed, I also found a supportive community of mamas to make Cruces feel like home. I am passionate about helping other mamas find their community because we were never meant to do this alone!
