My husband Jake and my one and a half year old son, Jack!
Where is your hometown?
Yuma, Arizona
How did you find FIT4MOM?
What is/was your career?
Before becoming a SAHM, I received my BA in Human Resources from NMSU and worked at a major bank for many years.
How long have you been a member of FIT4MOM Las Cruces, and what has it done for you?
I’ve been a member of FIT4MOM for almost a year. This fitness group has taught me how to work out with my little one in tow while nurturing new friendships and having numerous fun play dates in new places.
What is your favorite class exercise?
Mini bands
What is something that has surprised you about motherhood?
How much you learn every single day. Not one day is the same but you do everything with so much love and care. Being a mother is the role I am most proud of.
What are three of your favorite things?
Traveling with my family, coffee, and fashion!
What is your proudest mommy moment so far?
Teaching Jack Spanish. He requests different things in both English and Spanish.
What advice would you give to a new mother?
Give yourself grace and be kind to yourself.

I am so grateful to have joined this amazing community of amazing mom’s and children. We love FIT4MOM.
We are so lucky to have Lea in our village. It wouldn't be the same without her and Jack!
