This month, we are spotlighting our brand new Playgroup Captain, who will be leading all of our awesome village playgroup activities! Meet our Mom of the Month for June: Tiffany Mayton

Tell us about who is in your family!

My husband Zach, Lane (3 years old), Olivia (1 years old), Jaxx our family dog and Zita my husband’s K-9

Where is your hometown?

Alamogordo, New Mexico

How did you find FIT4MOM?

Two friends who had already joined

What is/was your career?

I have a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality and Tourism but I am currently an executive assistant for a local psychologist

How long have you been a member of FIT4MOM Las Cruces, and what has it done for you?

I discovered FIT4MOM in the fall of 2022 and was a little nervous about working out in a group and with my kids in tow, but after my first class I fell in love. I love that it gets me outside and working out consistently. I also just love the group of mommas and kiddos that we have met.

What is your favorite class exercise?

I love anything for my core/abs

What is something that has surprised you about motherhood?

Not really a big surprise but the constant clean-up of stuff/toys all the time. I knew it would happen but didn’t think it would be 24/7 lol

What are three of your favorite things?

I love dogs, food and sunshine

What is your proudest mommy moment so far?

Watching my son truly enjoy school and want to learn

What advice would you give to a new mother?

Don’t let time slip away from you. Cherish all of the moments big and small.

Anything else you’d like to add?

I am so excited to be the Playgroup Captain and watch the kids learn and grow with every class!

We are so lucky to have Tiffany in our village. It wouldn't be the same without her and her kiddos!
