This month, we are spotlighting a sweet mama who radiates joy at every class! Meet our Mom of the Month for August: Jasmine Rose Cisneros

Tell us about who is in your family!

My husband Luis and I have been married for 5 years and together for 11 years.🥰 We have our sweet baby boy Lucah Ryan who just turned 1💙 We also have our fur babies Rex and Lilly. 🐾💕

Where is your hometown?

I grew up all over this area: Las Cruces, El Paso, Anthony, La Mesa and Mesquite areas. I was raised by an independent single mama so we moved where the jobs were. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. 😊

How did you find FIT4MOM?

I saw FIT4MOM on Instagram and once I had Lucah, I thought it would be the perfect way to start moving my body and socializing again. Such a great decision! 💕

What is/was your career?

I’m a care coordinator with state medical insurance. I help people with disabilities (mental or physical) get services in their homes so they can remain as independent as possible.

How long have you been a member of FIT4MOM Las Cruces, and what has it done for you?

I’ve been a member for almost a year. I started going when Lucah was about 3-4 months old. I now have this huge mommy support system that I am so grateful for. Lucah has little friends that he runs around with which is adorable, and I have mommy friends that understand the struggles and joys of motherhood 💕

What is your favorite class exercise?

I love me some lunges! They burn so good! Lol

What is something that has surprised you about motherhood?

I will always be mind blown and surprised at how superhuman woman are! We literally grew a human inside of our body! 🤩

What are three of your favorite things?

My family, nature and food!!

What is your proudest mommy moment so far?

That’s a hard one! I am proud of the amount of time our family spends outdoors getting fresh air. Since Lucah was born, nature has been our happy place. ☀️

What advice would you give to a new mother?

Give yourself patience and grace. 🤗💕

We are so lucky to have Jasmine in our village. It wouldn't be the same without her and Lucah!
